This is the first time we have ever sold a home and it was a milestone event in our lives. We did our research online and interviewed with 7 realtors and selected Fran Saer as our realtor because she is very professional, caring, was understanding of our needs and took the time to explain and guide us through the homes sales process. From staging our home (to look like a model home!) to partnering with an excellent photographer who captured the highlights of our home which helped it stand out from the competition. We were super happy about the way our home was presented and happy to have the photos as a memory of our first home. We received multiple offers in a short period of time and Fran reviewed the offers with us in great detail and helped us select the strongest offer with the best terms. Just closed on our (former) house today. Fran and Alex went absolutely above and beyond to help us in selling our home. We felt like they were on our side throughout the whole process. They gave us sound and practical advice, and, at the same time, always respecting our budget. We had to move away shortly after putting the house on the market, and Fran and Alex took care of everything since we were no longer in the area. We definitely could not have done it without them. We could not have been happier working with Fran! Fran helped us purchase our first home. In this crazy market we felt so lucky to be guided by her. She was extremely knowledgeable about all areas we were interested in and really listened and understood our needs. With every home we viewed she had really great insight and suggestions, but would give us our own space to view the home and come to our own conclusions. When we were ready to put in offers, she provided us with all the information we needed to create a competitive offer, but always left the final decisions up to us. We feel so lucky that we had Fran helping us and are so happy in our new home.

It's a bit hard to even begin reviewing Alex and this entire home buying process. As many first time home buyers know, this market has the odds stacked against us and it was super frustrating trying to find our dream home with the added pressure of not settling and finding that sweet spot between getting what you want and getting raked through the coals. Having worked with two previous realtors and not feeling like our best interests were at heart I contacted Alex via a referral from a friend who previously used Alex to sell her old home and purchase a new one (coincidentally now 5 houses down from me). Spoiler alert- we now have a home! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how patient, diligent, meticulous and hard working Alex is. He literally showed us so many houses I couldn't keep them straight, after a while Alex grew to know exactly what we were looking for and could steer me away from a listing in confidence because he knew there would be issues I didn't want to deal with. With previous agents they often overlooked the structural integrity of a lot for the sake of landing the deal. Alex would tell us things like if you really like this house budget to have the roof replaced in 5 years, or giving us the heads up when the hot water heater, boiler, central air units were due for replacement as well. My husband and I are the polar opposite of DIY-ers but Alex always did his best to see the bigger picture and offer guidance on updates we could make and the approximate cost. Moral of the story, he has the patience of a saint and a super creative eye. Ultimately when it came time to put offers in Alex guided us steadfastly throughout the entire process and told us when we were over/under bidding. He even referred us to a great lender when we were ready to secure a mortgage. I can't say enough about Alex, he truly is one of a kind and I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!!

Our house, bought in 1986, was not in good shape. With helps from Alex, we decluttered, repainted, steam cleaned, and made minor landscape work. The house was sold in one day at about 20% above the 'as is' price estimate. He is fantastic.
