Fran is very professional, caring, was understanding of our needs and took the time to explain and guide us through the homes sales process. From staging our home (to look like a model home!) to partnering with an excellent photographer who captured the highlights of our home which helped it stand out from the competition. We received multiple offers in a short period of time and Fran reviewed the offers with us in great detail and helped us select the strongest offer with the best terms. Alex has the patience of a saint and a super creative eye. Ultimately when it came time to put offers in Alex guided us steadfastly throughout the entire process and told us when we were over/under bidding.
