Fran was recommended to us for selling my Mom's condo and provided excellent service from the very first meeting, demonstrating detailed knowledge of the condominium complex, providing a thorough comparative market analysis and recommending a marketing strategy that resulted in a full price offer on the second day the condo went on the market. Her professional approach, advice/assistance with getting the property "market ready," sensitivity to the seller's needs (for in this case an estate sale) and willingness to go the extra mile to make the property appealing was much appreciated. Simply put, Fran and her partner Alex delivered, making the process very smooth and efficient for me and my siblings.

We cannot say enough great things about Alex! He helped us sell our home while also helping us purchase our new home, and he made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable, supported, and even enjoyable.Before working with Alex, we had someone else come out who "specialized" in St. James, but their strategy for selling our home just didn't make sense to us. When Alex came in, we immediately noticed the difference. He was knowledgeable, professional, realistic, and took the time to explain his approach.
