Alex was always very quick and easy to get in touch with and very quick to reach out for us on perspective homes that we were interested in. He made a very stressful experience much more enjoyable. He was also very patient. We looked at many, many houses for months before we found our perfect home!

I went through countless articles, books, (and agents) before buying our first house. If there is only one thing I can share from my experience is that nothing is more valuble that having a knowledgeable, friendly and honest real estate agent. Alex met and exceeded all of our expectations with his knowledge of the area and (in my opinion) more importantly his ability to make competitive offers on our behalf and negotiate effectively. Alex was great at showing us houses that were in our budget and did not waste our time, something that my wife and I really appreciated. He was quick to point out and potential problems and was always available to take our calls. I only wish Alex was recommended to us earlier- it would have save us a tremendous amount of time and energy!
