Fran guided me through each step of the way from selling my home in Poquott to finding my forever dream home. the team work between Fran and Alex is pure perfection. Alex accompanied me to a showing and he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for in the home. It was like having an informal home inspection. Fran and Alex made the sale of my property happen after having a dry season of zero interest. It's a bit hard to even begin reviewing Alex and this entire home buying process. As many first time home buyers know, this market has the odds stacked against us and it was super frustrating trying to find our dream home with the added pressure of not settling and finding that sweet spot between getting what you want and getting raked through the coals. Having worked with two previous realtors and not feeling like our best interests were at heart I contacted Alex via a referral from a friend who previously used Alex to sell her old home and purchase a new one (coincidentally now 5 houses down from me). Spoiler alert- we now have a home! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how patient, diligent, meticulous and hard working Alex is. He literally showed us so many houses I couldn't keep them straight, after a while Alex grew to know exactly what we were looking for and could steer me away from a listing in confidence because he knew there would be issues I didn't want to deal with. With previous agents they often overlooked the structural integrity of a lot for the sake of landing the deal. Alex would tell us things like if you really like this house budget to have the roof replaced in 5 years, or giving us the heads up when the hot water heater, boiler, central air units were due for replacement as well. My husband and I are the polar opposite of DIY-ers but Alex always did his best to see the bigger picture and offer guidance on updates we could make and the approximate cost. Moral of the story, he has the patience of a saint and a super creative eye. Ultimately when it came time to put offers in Alex guided us steadfastly throughout the entire process and told us when we were over/under bidding. He even referred us to a great lender when we were ready to secure a mortgage. I can't say enough about Alex, he truly is one of a kind and I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!!

He came to all our showings and was patient with us. He would show us things he noticed that needed to be replaced or fixed right away and was honest if the house was right for us or not. Our house, bought in 1986, was not in good shape. With helps from Alex, we decluttered, repainted, steam cleaned, and made minor landscape work. The house was sold in one day at about 20% above the 'as is' price estimate. He is fantastic.

From day one to closing day Alex Was great. Even now weeks later after closing Alex has messaged me letting me know that he's only a call away if I have any questions. Alex is very knowledgeable, my wife and I felt very comfortable walking in to all the different properties we saw because we knew Alex would catch on to any thing we could possibly miss. Alex schedule was very flexible. Week days mornings or afternoon and also weekends. Highly recommend his services.

Just closed on our (former) house today. Fran and Alex went absolutely above and beyond to help us in selling our home. We felt like they were on our side throughout the whole process. They gave us sound and practical advice, and, at the same time, always respecting our budget. We had to move away shortly after putting the house on the market, and Fran and Alex took care of everything since we were no longer in the area. We definitely could not have done it without them.
