Fran and Alex were a great team who helped us sell my mom's home. They were extremely professional and reliable. We knew after the short time of working with Fran and Alex that we made the right choice in picking them as our realtors. Fran has been in the business for many years and is very knowledgeable of real estate and was a great person to have leading us through the sale. Fran assisted in helping stage the home and she had a photographer take beautiful pictures. She guided us through a stressful experience when things did not go as planned, and she was patient with us. She knew contractors, and attorneys she could refer us to. She and Alex also met contractors, and workers at the house when we could not always be at the home to meet them as we did not live close by. Fran was always available if we had a question or needed help with anything. Fran and Alex truly went above and beyond to help us, and they also advised us on how to get the best possible price for the home.
I would be remiss if I did not put in to writing what I have already shared verbally with Fran & Alex. I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Fran & Alex as they prepared and subsequently sold my house. Throughout the process, they have been efficient, kind and professional. When the process began, I looked for an agent who was punctual, knowledgeable and non aggressive. They, both, exceeded my expectations. The process had some unexpected delays when the Title survey revealed that my neighbor's fences encroached on to my property. This was very frustrating to me, but thanks to Fran & Alex, my anxiety level was lessened by their supportive and encouraging words and deeds. They, indeed, saw me as a client with a problem and not as a problem client. We had many conversations. They were always responsive, in a timely manner, to me. They were always polite, courteous and respectful. I could not ask for more. Fran & Alex used their eyes to see, not just to look; they used to ears to listen, not just to hear. They used their mouth to say something, not just to talk. Their communication skills were excellent. I believe that people can be divided into 3 groups: Those who watch things happen; Those who wonder what happened; and Those who make things happen. There is no question in my mind that Fran & Alex made things happen. To go further, they made good things happen. There are no airs about them. What you see, is what you get. They have the ability to make all around them feel comfortable. They made my days brighter and I hope, in turn, I made their days brighter. There certainly is no danger of either of us developing eyestrain from looking at the brighter side of things. Fran & Alex always remained focused on the goal to sell my house. Let me conclude this letter of praise and thanks by relaying a story. The snow covered the ground and three young boys were having fun. A man approached them and said, "would you like to try a new type of race? I'll give the winner a good prize". The boys quickly agreed and the man told them that his race would be one that required great skill. "I will go to the other side of the field," he explained, "and when I give the signal, you will start to run. The one whose footsteps are the straightest in the snow will be declared the winner''. The race began, and the first boy kept looking at his feet to see if his steps were straight. The second boy kept looking at his companions to see what they were doing. But, the third boy just ran on, with his eyes steadfastly fixed on the man on the other side of the field. The third boy was the winner, for his footsteps were straight in the snow. He, like Fran & Alex, kept their eyes firmly on the goal. Once again, I want to thank Fran & Alex, for all that you have done. Thank you for your professionalism, your dedication & your service. Thank you for caring. Very truly yours, Steve Javeline
