"I chose Fran Saer to sell my home primarily because she was the realtor who represented the seller when I purchased the same home. Back then I realized she worked tirelessly for the interests of her clients, running an efficient selection process resulting in the sale. I also understood that she probably possessed all the necessary documents regarding the property. What I didn't know when I hired her was that she truly put her heart, soul and tireless energy in preparing my home to achieve the best price, rearranging furniture, wall art, even positioning borrowed lamps and bedspreads to give my home a fresh look. She is a dynamo. She brought in muscle to move things and deep clean areas I would never have paid attention to. The result of her efforts resulted in a price and seamless process beyond my expectations. From the very beginning, they orchestrated every detail with expertise and professionalism. More importantly, they were always available to lend advice and support when we were not sure what to do, always offering a solution or a kind word. Alex Goldenberg is the gold standard! My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner to sell other properties. He went absolutely above and beyond to help sell our home every step of the way. He provided a tiered list of improvements to help increase the sale price. We live out of state and he helped us find reliable contractors to do some small jobs. He even checked on the house after there was reports of flooding in the area after a major storm. Alex got us a price WELL above what the market value was. Not only was Alex extremely hard working, he was able to generate an offer well above what we had ever expected. I promise you will be ecstatic with what Alex delivered! Thank you Alex!

From our first meeting, to the closing of our house, Alex Goldenberg has been the absolute best! His expertise and knowledge was apparent from the first time we spoke. He came prepared with comps and a tiered list of improvements we could make to the house to increase the value of our home. We sold our house while living cross country. Alex went above and beyond to make the selling process stress-free for us. He helped us out every step of the way. Opening the house for the contractors to do small jobs, and even checking on the house after a major storm in the area. He hosted a packed open house and was able to generate multiple offers. We accepted an offer on our house WELL above market price (probably 100k more than what it should have sold for). I wish I had more homes to sell so I could use Alex again. I am so overwhelming happy with Alex and what he provided for us to sell our home. I can't recommend Alex enough, 100/10!

Fran and Alex did an excellent job selling our Stony Brook home! They were wonderful to work with and consummate professionals. Fran and Alex handled everything for us as we were out of state for the entire sale process. They advised us on how best to get our house ready for sale and then on top of that managed the entire process for us. From repairs to painting to cleaning and staging, they did it all! Because of their diligence and market knowledge we had multiple offers to choose from the first week we were on the market, and closed promptly thereafter. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

While I gained immediate confidence in their genuine support and knowledge of the market, their steady temperament throughout the entire selling process was remarkable. I always knew they had my best interests in mind as they professionally navigated showings then quickly negotiated a smooth and successful closing. Throughout, they were efficient, reliable, and respectful of my needs and expectations. Although my small house was fully renovated and beautifully unique, the "sell by square footage" standard most brokers rely on worked against me. To get top dollar, I wanted a realtor who would think outside the box and effectively market my home.
