Coach Realtors Fran Saer and Alex Goldenberg were recommended to us by friends because they were so pleased with them. It truly was a terrific recommendation! From our first meeting, through closing and to this day, they have exceeded our expectations regarding the sale of our home. They always responded immediately to any concerns we had, making it a wonderful experience and to feel confident that we could trust them for guidance on whatever issue came along. Fran and Alex are the ultimate, hard working professionals and we certainly would use them for any of our future real estate needs. I'm very happy to have found the team of Fran and Alex to sell my home. They are both old pros at this and bring years of experience as well as knowledge of the Three Village area. In this hot real estate market, many realtors push for quick sales, hoping to cash in on sales volume. Not so with Fran and Alex. I particularly appreciated their calm and systematic approach to home selling. They suggested making some small (not very expensive) improvements to the home that are cost beneficial and help make the home more attractive to buyers and to raise the final offers. You can use your own people to make these improvements of course, but they have a set of solid tradespeople who they can recommend. Communication was excellent throughout the process and they are both extremely pleasant to work with. Bottom line: we were in contract in less than 10 days after listing and sold for above asking.

When I needed a professional Real Estate agent I did not hesitate to call Fran Saer. I was fortunate to have Fran help me buy and sell properties in the past with great success. Now living out of state I again needed help in selling my childhold home on Long Island after the passing of my dad. The first person I called was Fran. I had all the confidence in Fran and Alex that they would help me sell my home even though I lived out of state. Fran's expertise in marketing and selling a home is second to none. Fran Saer

I am very happy to have found the team of Fran and Alex for the sale of my home. They are pros at this with a long track record and knowledge of the Three Village district. In the current hot market, many realtors push to sell quickly and profit from volume. Not so with Fran and Alex. I particularly appreciated their calm and systematic approach to preparing the home for sale. They recommended some small improvements that are good investments in raising the interest in the home and in its ultimate sale price. You can use your own people to make these improvements of course, but they also have a solid list of tradespeople to do various pieces of work (I used them). Communication was excellent throughout the process. Bottom line: we were in contract within 10 days of listing and sold above asking.
