We worked with Alex through the end of 2020 into 2021. This was an extremely tough market to find a home in. Alex was kind, responsive, and knowledgable. He found us our dream home - for a great price - much faster and easier than I ever would have expected. I have worked with a few realtors buying and selling other homes over the years and he was easily the best!

This is the first time we have ever sold a home and it was a milestone event in our lives. We did our research online and interviewed with 7 realtors and selected Fran Saer as our realtor because she is very professional, caring, was understanding of our needs and took the time to explain and guide us through the homes sales process. From staging our home (to look like a model home!) to partnering with an excellent photographer who captured the highlights of our home which helped it stand out from the competition. We were super happy about the way our home was presented and happy to have the photos as a memory of our first home. We received multiple offers in a short period of time and Fran reviewed the offers with us in great detail and helped us select the strongest offer with the best terms.
