Her reputation as being a very detail oriented, focused, committed, and highly motivated salesperson precedes her. Fran also has a very warm personality that we very much enjoyed. Her knowledge of the market was extremely thorough. She used innovative and progressive approaches to looking at market data to inform us of the dynamics of selling our home in a difficult market. Fran's commission was fully deserved. She spared no expense when it came to the marketing, advertising and her personal time to walk our transaction through to close.
