Alex was absolutely fantastic throughout our home-buying process! He was such a great support, especially in such a ridiculous buyers market. He was helpful, professional, and took our requests and desires very seriously when we explained to him what we were looking for in our first home. Never pushy, but always providing great advice and insight. He also was very clear and knowledgeable about values of homes, especially in an uncertain market. We would happily recommend him to our friends and family, and will be happy to go back to him for our real estate needs!

Fran found us our dream home! We were lucky enough to meet her at the very beginning of our home search. After taking us to see a few homes that first day, Fran was able to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't long before she found us the perfect home. In such a competitive market we were prepared that we may not get the house. Fran guided us in making our offer and we got the house. She was there for us every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking. Fran was available at any hour to communicate with us during our search, through negotiations, inspection, contract and closing. We owe our beautiful dream home to her!

Alex has the patience of a saint and a super creative eye. Ultimately when it came time to put offers in Alex guided us steadfastly throughout the entire process and told us when we were over/under bidding.
