"I chose Fran Saer to sell my home primarily because she was the realtor who represented the seller when I purchased the same home. Back then I realized she worked tirelessly for the interests of her clients, running an efficient selection process resulting in the sale. I also understood that she probably possessed all the necessary documents regarding the property. What I didn't know when I hired her was that she truly put her heart, soul and tireless energy in preparing my home to achieve the best price, rearranging furniture, wall art, even positioning borrowed lamps and bedspreads to give my home a fresh look.
