We could not have been happier working with Fran! Fran helped us purchase our first home. In this crazy market we felt so lucky to be guided by her. She was extremely knowledgeable about all areas we were interested in and really listened and understood our needs. With every home we viewed she had really great insight and suggestions, but would give us our own space to view the home and come to our own conclusions. When we were ready to put in offers, she provided us with all the information we needed to create a competitive offer, but always left the final decisions up to us. We feel so lucky that we had Fran helping us and are so happy in our new home.
