Alex and Fran are exceptional, as agents, and as people. Their personalized approach and real estate expertise made selling my home the beginning of a new chapter rather than the stressor I had heard about. While I gained immediate confidence in their genuine support and knowledge of the market, their steady temperament throughout the entire selling process was remarkable. I always knew they had my best interests in mind as they professionally navigated showings then quickly negotiated a smooth and successful closing. Throughout, they were efficient, reliable, and respectful of my needs and expectations. Although my small house was fully renovated and beautifully unique, the "sell by square footage" standard most brokers rely on worked against me. Fran and Alex did an excellent job selling our Stony Brook home! They were wonderful to work with and consummate professionals. Fran and Alex handled everything for us as we were out of state for the entire sale process. They advised us on how best to get our house ready for sale and then on top of that managed the entire process for us. From repairs to painting to cleaning and staging, they did it all! Because of their diligence and market knowledge we had multiple offers to choose from the first week we were on the market, and closed promptly thereafter. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
