Fran Saer

Fran Saer is the perfect realtor. She immensely helped me and my brothers during the entire process of selling our mom's house, and far exceeded expectations with her knowledge, selling strategy, professionalism and kindness. Fran helped beautifully stage the house, communicate frequently and coordinated everything with her partner Alex - which included selling furniture, emptying a full house and even taking trash bags to the curb. We highly recommend Fran and Alex; if you don't hire them, you're making a mistake.

Fran was recommended to us for selling my Mom's condo and provided excellent service from the very first meeting, demonstrating detailed knowledge of the condominium complex, providing a thorough comparative market analysis and recommending a marketing strategy that resulted in a full price offer on the second day the condo went on the market. Her professional approach, advice/assistance with getting the property "market ready," sensitivity to the seller's needs (for in this case an estate sale) and willingness to go the extra mile to make the property appealing was much appreciated. Simply put, Fran and her partner Alex delivered, making the process very smooth and efficient for me and my siblings.

We could not have been happier working with Fran! Fran helped us purchase our first home. In this crazy market we felt so lucky to be guided by her. She was extremely knowledgeable about all areas we were interested in and really listened and understood our needs. With every home we viewed she had really great insight and suggestions, but would give us our own space to view the home and come to our own conclusions. When we were ready to put in offers, she provided us with all the information we needed to create a competitive offer, but always left the final decisions up to us. I am very happy to have found the team of Fran and Alex for the sale of my home. They are pros at this with a long track record and knowledge of the Three Village district. In the current hot market, many realtors push to sell quickly and profit from volume. Not so with Fran and Alex. I particularly appreciated their calm and systematic approach to preparing the home for sale. They recommended some small improvements that are good investments in raising the interest in the home and in its ultimate sale price. You can use your own people to make these improvements of course, but they also have a solid list of tradespeople to do various pieces of work (I used them). Communication was excellent throughout the process. Bottom line: we were in contract within 10 days of listing and sold above asking.

Fran guided me through each step of the way from selling my home in Poquott to finding my forever dream home. The team work between Fran and Alex is pure perfection. This is the first time we have ever sold a home and it was a milestone event in our lives. We did our research online and interviewed with 7 realtors and selected Fran Saer as our realtor because she is very professional, caring, was understanding of our needs and took the time to explain and guide us through the homes sales process. From staging our home (to look like a model home!) to partnering with an excellent photographer who captured the highlights of our home which helped it stand out from the competition. We were super happy about the way our home was presented and happy to have the photos as a memory of our first home.
