I cannot say enough amazing things about Fran Saer. For over a year she helped me with the challenging task of selling my childhood home after both of my parents passed away. She was by my side every step of the way; from preparing the house for an estate sale, to making endless phone calls and appointments to resolve open-permits with the Town of Brookhaven. When it came time to list the house, the marketing and staging exceeded my expectations. I was proud to present the house so beautifully. It was no surprise that we received multiple offers for well above our asking price. I contribute that to Fran's hard work and dedication.
