Fran Saer is an amazing real estate broker. We met her initially when we purchased our first home as she was the listing agent. When we were ready to sell our home seven years later and purchase a new home, we chose her as our listing agent as well because of her professionalism and attentiveness. She assisted us in looking for a new home in our area and paid very close attention to our wish list in the new home. She never showed us a property that did not fit the bill and was extremely patient during the entire process. Because timing is tricky when you have a home to sell and are interested in buying a new one, Fran made sure that we were ready as soon as that happened (having professional photos taken ahead of time and making suggestions regarding how to get our home ready for showings). When we found a new home to purchase, the listing process was quite painless. Fran recommended a listing price and based on her market knowledge, practically predicted the multiple offers we received after only one open house and some private showings. If you are looking for a real estate agent that truly goes above and beyond, look no further. Fran Saer is the best!
