It is very rare that you find a young man with exceptional talent as Alex has. His energy and attention to detail is only surpassed by his marketing skills. Anyone can sell a house, but it takes someone like Alex to MARKET a house. He was spot on in what he had suggested and while we all expected our house to sell in 6-12 months, it took 3.5 weeks and we received multiple offers. We are very grateful to him and his team.
