From the start the Saer and Goldenberg team showed their professionalism with a detailed accounting of the sale process. They followed thru with excellent recommendations on staging which I adopted. Their timely communications were excellent. The informative conversation with them to take the first early offer after only three showings gave me the confidence to decide to sell .I could not have had a better or more rewarding experience in selling my house thru Saer and Goldenberg

The Saer and Goldenberg team did a fantastic job as our realtor. They were proactive, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. We worked with them on selling a plot of land, which can be more difficult to market. However, after obtaining multiple offers, they expertly negotiated the best deal for us. They are also great to work with, and very knowledgeable of both the general real estate market and the unique attributes of the regions in which they specialize. Thank you Alex and Fran!
