Fran found us our dream home! We were lucky enough to meet her at the very beginning of our home search. After taking us to see a few homes that first day, Fran was able to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't long before she found us the perfect home. In such a competitive market we were prepared that we may not get the house. Fran guided us in making our offer and we got the house. She was there for us every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking. Fran was available at any hour to communicate with us during our search, through negotiations, inspection, contract and closing. We owe our beautiful dream home to her!

Fran Saer

Just closed on our (former) house today. Fran and Alex went absolutely above and beyond to help us in selling our home. We felt like they were on our side throughout the whole process. They gave us sound and practical advice, and, at the same time, always respecting our budget. We had to move away shortly after putting the house on the market, and Fran and Alex took care of everything since we were no longer in the area. We definitely could not have done it without them.
