From the first meeting, Fran was the utmost professional. While we were long-term residents of Poquott, we were surprised how many questions we had regarding the market, the neighborhood, and the whole selling process. Fran was extremely prepared and able to answer all our questions. She was very knowledgeable and a true partner with us in the sale of our home. Fran gave us very specific advice and suggestions, held our hand through everything from the initial steps through closing. In less than 90 days, we found ourselves at the closing table! We were able to sell our home at a great price due to Fran's advice, preparedness and attention to detail. Just closed on our (former) house today. Fran and Alex went absolutely above and beyond to help us in selling our home. We felt like they were on our side throughout the whole process. Every once in a while you get really lucky and something happens that is better than you could have imagined or dared hope for and that is exactly what happened to us when we chose Fran Saer as our real estate agent. We picked her by her picture from the advertisements of houses that were for sale because she looked kind and honest. She more than exceeded our expectations when we met her in person, evidencing a calm, knowledgable grasp of both our situation and her professional expertise. We especially appreciated the calm part and the fact that she took all the time we needed to talk things through, having lived in our house 47 years, and not being so calm about this big change in our lives. We felt she gave us her full attention as if we were her only clients. Also of utmost importance: she helped us by bringing in some items and also rearranging items that were there in order to facilitate the sale.
