The S&G team served as my seller's agents, and they stood out from others immediately for their sharp and insightful analysis of my home's particular selling points and the market situation. They were tremendously knowledgeable, prepared, and supportive. The S&G team worked hard to get my home on the market as quickly as possible to accommodate my situation, while also being extremely respectful and working effectively around my family still living in the home through the selling process. They were highly responsive throughout the entire process, well-connected to the community to help us get repairs completed quickly, and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the process. It's common to hear complaints about how stressful it is to sell one's home, but I couldn't have asked for a better, more streamlined, easier experience than I had with the S&G team. Highly recommended!

He came to all our showings and was patient with us. He would show us things he noticed that needed to be replaced or fixed right away and was honest if the house was right for us or not.
