Every once in a while you get really lucky and something happens that is better than you could have imagined or dared hope for and that is exactly what happened to us when we chose Fran Saer as our real estate agent. We picked her by her picture from the advertisements of houses that were for sale because she looked kind and honest. She more than exceeded our expectations when we met her in person, evidencing a calm, knowledgeable grasp of both our situation and her professional expertise. We especially appreciated the calm part and the fact that she took all the time we needed to talk things through, having lived in our house 47 years, and not being so calm about this big change in our lives. We felt she gave us her full attention as if we were her only clients. Also of utmost importance: she helped us by bringing in some items and also rearranging items that were there in order to facilitate the sale. I asked why she did all these so helpful things and she said her aim has always been to be helpful wherever and however it was needed. ...so now you know why we will always be grateful that Fran Saer came into our lives just when we needed her the most. Our house sold in one week not counting the three days off. E and W
