Fran was recommended to us for selling my Mom's condo and provided excellent service from the very first meeting, demonstrating detailed knowledge of the condominium complex, providing a thorough comparative market analysis and recommending a marketing strategy that resulted in a full price offer on the second day the condo went on the market.
